The Raseir Palace (aka Emir's Palace) is the palace of the Emir in Raseir. It is analogous to the Sultan's Palace in Shapeir.
Overview[]
The interior of the palace contains a ceremony chamber (with a rug decorated as the Pizza Elemental) which leads to a veranda, which Ad Avis is using as a Ritual Chamber.
There is also a harem chamber, adjacent to a Guard Room with Eunuch Guards; outside the guard room there is a balcony, opposite to said Ritual Chamber.
Somewhere there is also Khaveen's treasury.
The day when Ad Avis performed a ritual to summon Iblis, the Underground stormed the Palace; meanwhile the Hero broke in and stopped Ad Avis.
Behind the scenes[]
The Palace sequence is quite different in each class path.
While the harem appears only in the Thief path, in Dragon Fire, Nawar and Budar reappear in the game and recognise the Hero, no matter the class chosen by the player, and reminisce when he hid in the harem; it is therefore possible that the Hero in all cases passed through the harem, but is seen only in the Thief path, while the Fighter and Wizard found their way to the ceremony chamber.
