The Laibon is the leader of the Simbani people in Quest for Glory 3 and the father of Yesufu. He lives in Laibon's Hut in the center of the Simbani Village the Hero visits.
Game interaction[]
- When first arriving at the village with Rakeesh, the Hero will be introduced to the Laibon by Uhura.
- The Hero visits the Laibon several more times to discuss the conflict with the Leopardmen, particularly once the prisoner captured by the Simbani has been dispelled.
- A non Hybrid Thief must rob Laibon's Hut for the Drum of Magic.
- When the Spear of Death is returned, the Laibon will declare that peace talks with the Leopardmen can begin and travels to Tarna for the Peace Conference. While attending the conference the Laibon is killed with magic by the Leopardman Chief, who had been possessed by a demon. His son Yesufu then kills the Leopardmen Chief, revealing the demon's essence leaving his body to Rakeesh.
