- The AGDI timeline mostly contains references from the original QFG2 with a few new dates given.
- The hero spent a month training for Shapeir at Famous Adventurer's Correspondence School (unofficial).[10]
- The trip from Shapeir to Sangerhafen had already taken several months and minter was approaching rapidly.
- We were told that the very caravan we were on would be the last that traveled west for many months. The Dragon Smoke mountain range near Spielburg is notorious for being difficult to traverse and caravans avoid it it completely during the winter months.
- I do not think there was any part of our journey here I felt more miserable than during the week it took us to reach Spielburg. The icy winds blowing through the pass chilled me to the bone and I had a lot of trouble breathing the thin mountain air.
- It took several months for Shameen and Sheema to reach Sangerhafen (unofficial) from Shapeir (unofficial). Winter was approaching rapidly at the time.

Although some of the links may involve alternate universe/time travel (obviously Gwydion/Alexander did not die in the Forbidden Cave in the main AGDI KQ timeline, but did in the QFG timeline). The Rosella Dolls and references to Genesta (also seen in the original QFG2) would suggest QFG2 takes place after QFG4.

A tale is told of this same time last year, That Magic caused the man to disappear. A brother now is ruling in Raseir, And no one knows the fate of the Emir.
